Bechamel sauce

With this excellent basic recipe, you can make bechamel sauce quickly and easily, and the result will always be perfect.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 70 g all purpose flour
  • 70 g butter
  • 750 ml milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl on the stove, heat the butter over low heat until it melts.
  • Add flour and mix, the spray must remain light.
  • When bubbles appear, pour in part of the milk and continue mixing to obtain a uniform mixture.
  • Add milk again and stir to combine the ingredients.
  • Pour in all the milk, stir until the ingredients are combined and the sauce thickens.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste, and also grate nutmeg into the sauce.
  • Cook for another two minutes and enjoy.
  • Bechamel sauce can be served with various cooked pasta, lasagna or mushrooms.
