Bechamel sauce
With this excellent basic recipe, you can make bechamel sauce quickly and easily, and the result will always be perfect.

- 70 g all purpose flour
- 70 g butter
- 750 ml milk
- salt
- pepper
- nutmeg
In a bowl on the stove, heat the butter over low heat until it melts.
Add flour and mix, the spray must remain light.
When bubbles appear, pour in part of the milk and continue mixing to obtain a uniform mixture.
Add milk again and stir to combine the ingredients.
Pour in all the milk, stir until the ingredients are combined and the sauce thickens.
Add salt and pepper to taste, and also grate nutmeg into the sauce.
Cook for another two minutes and enjoy.
Bechamel sauce can be served with various cooked pasta, lasagna or mushrooms.
